This tunnel comes off of the main lava flow and is set a few feet higher
than the tunnel with the lava.  This allows the ground to stay above the
lava level.  There are small cracks all along the tunnel that look like they
could break at any moment.  The tunnel breaks off to the northwest and
northeast here.
