You stand beneath one of the many watchtowers in New Kolvir.  Soldiers
stand proudly at their posts watching the streets for any sign of trouble. 
The watchtowers have been here for time immemorial to the young.  Only the
elder members of the community remember the years of rebuilding that they
have endured over the last decade, and the fateful and sudden destruction of
the old city.
