A subtle, but pleasant scent, permeates the air as you walk in. 
Everything is neatly stacked and ordered behind the counter, well labelled
and marked.  A sense of calm and peace fills the room, a hint of music can
be heard, but there is nothing here to suggest where it is coming from. 
Behind the counter, an Elf has herbs spread out before him, arranging them
into groups.  He nods to you slightly, acknowledging your presense.
