The altar stands some twenty steps above the aisle and is made of crystal
cut and shaped until light seems to bend itself about it, creating a circle
of light around it.  You feel as if you have stepped into a halo of
brightness.  The priests come here to pray to their god and is said to seek
enlightment as well, learning ways to help change the violent instincts of
the warrior citizens of New Kolvir.  Nobody knows which god because the
people of New Kolvir arent that particular about religion.  They see
religion as something to seek peace when they feel troubled, no point
knowing which god so long as you can dump your troubles.  
     A plain altar made of stone fills the center of the room.
