This is where a large part of the economic transactions in New Kolvir

goods.  The bank is kept regulated in the strongest of business ethics, with
white washed walls, an uncluttered bulletin boards for putting up notices on
new exchange rates and a no nonsense banker behind the counter.  The emblem
