You are at the northern entrance to the castle of New Kolvir.  Before you
stands a large portcullis ready to close in a moment's notice.  Above the
iron gates stand archers poised and ready for combat.  Beyond this gate, no
commoners or children are admitted without noble business.  A small pipe is
broken, leaving a shallow puddle across the area which drains through the
cracks in the ground into the moat.
