Climbing the staircase you find yourself standing in another long hallway
leading to the south.  The hallway is bare of extraneous items.  The crimson
carpet continues through this hallway.  The hallway is totally quiet and
dark, save for your own light and sound.  The shadows on the dark, ebony
walls only go to create a darker, more sinister feeling.
