  The hospice is a small hut built on stilts, The cleric here isn't exactly
a prosetylizing force, more of a missionary cowering up here, healing those
in need.  There is no ladder to get up here, merely a shiny brass pole to
get down.  Once you go down, there looks like there's no way to get up. 
Down below, a good twenty feet underneath, Kolvir's less xenophobic
residents go about their daily lives, on the main drag, Martyr's Walk.
