You are in a twisting corridor made of roughly worked plain gray stone. 
Cobwebs drape the room from floor to ceiling and from wall to wall.  You
cringe with revulsion as you sweep them aside so that you may pass.  Through
a thick layer of dust, you can just barely make out a brightly-colored
mosaic of red tiles is set in a most disturbing pattern in the floor here. 
The corridor branches to the north, west, and south.
