This is a private library on the third floor of Winterborn Mansion.  Row
after row of beautiful leather-bound, gold stamped books line the shelves. 
There are double doors to the west leading to a small study, and a pair of
double doors leading south into the upstairs hallway.  A particularly large
bookcase is to the north.  
You notice a strange shimmering in the air.
