You are standing in a circular room at the top of the north tower.  Large
bay windows allows you to look out in every direction, and you can see the
town of Rune in the distance to the west.  While there doesn't seem to be
anything out of the ordinary in the room, you still feel a bit nervous about
being here.  Suddenly, you get the feeling that you are being watched, and
whirl around suspiciously.  Perhaps it would be best to leave through the
trapdoor in the floor.
