This is the Cloak Room right adjacent to the East Mezzanine.  The walls
are lined with racks of clothing hung on brass hangers.  Each hanger has a
particular tag attached to it to designate who it belongs to.  There is a
Clerk that stands here collecting wraps and hats from people as they enter
the Tower.  In exchange for the item, they are handed a tag which they must
keep until the come to retrieve their items.  You glance around to see if
there might be someone you know and turn, heading in the other direction.
