  This closet is very cramped and it does not seem like more than two or
three people could fit in this room all at one time.  The room is nothing
but shelves from one end to another.  Stacks of china and other dishes sit
on one shelf.  On another, you see rows and rows of stout pewter mugs
waiting to be filled with dark ale or some other thirst quenching drink. 
Table candles and linens line the last couple of shelves along with empty
condiment trays.  All of those things that you cannot figure where else to
put, end up here.  There is a large flat wicker basket on which fresh linen
rests.
