  Eeeek!  What a cold damp place this is!!  Racks of eggs sit on a stand in
the corner.  The shelves are filled with cut meat and cheeses ready to be
used in the sandwich making of the day.  There are large racks of cured
meats and hams hanging from the ceiling.  There is a large barrel of fish
covered in ice waiting to be used in today's menu if necessary.  You turn
around, thinking that you might like a bite of good cheese, but begin to
slip on the icy floor and hastily depart.
