In the soft soil are plants that have been damaged by pests.  Many of
the leaves on the plants are half-eaten by bugs.  Some of the plants are
barely hanging to life.  Light shines through the multicolored panes of
glass on the ceiling.  A copper pipe is suspended from the ceiling, misting
water onto the plants.  To the east and south are hard packed earthen
walkways.
