Crystal braziers liven this immaculate dinning facility whilst an ogre
oompah band plays jolly tunes over the clinking of crystal and the joyful
banter of polite rivalry.  The room is decorated in high roman style and
decked out with food and spirits from all over the world.  Statesmen and
scientists in formal attire mingle about conversing with inquisitive
commoners.  The room, as its crowd, is warm and inviting.  The more
aggressive guests are simply ignored and left to stand in a corner alone.
