From here, you can see the entire grounds of the Ivory Tower and beyond -
bushes, green forests, sparkling stream waters and white clouds.  Pushing
open the pair of wide windows on the eastern walls, you stretch your arms
high above your head and let out a sigh of pure satisfaction as you breathe
in the cool, refreshing air.  North and south lead to penthouses and you
make out the picture of a silver fish emerging from a pool of waters on the
northern door and a bear sleeping in a curled up position on the southern
door.
