Circling the periphery of New Rigel, Bastion Road follows the protective
wall that encloses the city.  The outside edge of the road is formed by the
tall stone battlement that defines the municipality, while a variety of
small businesses and homes dot the inside of the long, jagged road.  
A janitor sweeps the streets in an attempt to keep the city tidy.
A person from this part of town is out for a quick stroll.
