The ground seem more stable here, as though the bog below was very thick
and old.  Strange plants grow and intertwine themselves around the ancient
stumps of dead stalagmites.  The echoes of creatures in the dark ring
throughout the cavern.  A Black ooze bubbles up from the ground below giving
off a sweet acrid odor.  
A thorny, red-veined vine twines its way around your feet.
