Rows of blue lockers have been placed in this room.  On each individual
unit is a small combination lock and a tiny two inch id plate on the door. 
Adventurers from all around come here to store their most precious
valuables, for a nominal monthly charge of course.  This locker service is
expecially useful to adventurers since they won't have to carry all their
belongings with them when they travel.
