The hallways have been completely been blacked out, almost as if on
purpose.  The small glowing balls are gone from the ceilings.  Blackened
holes line the ceiling where the small spheres used to be.  Small crystal
shards liter the floors, creating a glittering cascade as your light shines
on the floor.  A Slight humming can be heard echoing throughout the tunnel. 
A slave of the stone giants wanders about picking up the rubbish that has collected here.
A thorny, red-veined vine twines its way around your feet.
A half giant begins attacking you!
A half giant is in perfect health.
