You have walked into the center of what seems to be a great storm.  The
wind howls and tears through your clothing, stinging your skin.  The air is
fridged and icy, drops of rain start to spot your armor.  The rain
collecting on the handle of your weapon makes it very difficult to grasp it
properly.  When you look to the center of the eye, one lone figure floats
there, making the clouds spin ever faster.
