This narrow corridor seems to be well kept unlike the others.  The walls
are covered in soot and ashes.  But aside from that the floors are swept
clean of any debris.  You sniff and smell lantern oil in the air.  You can
make out a faint light to the south.  You can also sense warmth toward that
direction.
