  As soon as you enter you feel a blast of extreme heat from all around
you.  Smoke fills your lungs and you choke and gag abruptly.  The floor of
this cavern is steaming possibly from the extreme heat.  What really catches
your eye is the huge domed ceiling, which reaches way up into the ceiling. 
A large hole is at the very top and you can smell a blast of cool air
funneling down from it.
A huge ancient red dragon looms over you, a cunning look in her eyes.
