This unassuming room is 10 feet by 15 feet and is shaped like a square. 
You can see signs of a struggle in this room by the scattered array of
broken pieces of wood.  There are claw marks on the north wall, made by a
large creature or creatures.  You can feel a draft coming in from the
northwest and an aroma of death and pestilence in the air.
