An incredibly complex tower rushes upward.  Detached from the Imperial
residence, these soaring minerates stand alone as symbols of the vigor and
intensity of the palace construction.  An elaborate spiral staircase circles
upward, allowing visitors to view the breathtaking horizon from the pinnacle
windows.  A narrow outlet to your northeast interrupts this circular room,
and provides an exit to the western hallway.
