Western Transept Intersection - N - (-------------------------------------------------) - <---(M)---> E - S - At the end of the west transept is a wonderfully tall stained glass window. The glowing color of illuminated glass figures assemble an outstanding product. Their erect poses, the straight, almost unbroken silhouettes, and the rather precarious manner in which they stand all combine to form a powerful image of various activities. Almost the entire west transept is lit by this window, various other stain-glass windows stretch down the hallway that runs north and south. Looking east you see the mighty crossing square in which the east and west transept intersect.
