Room: Western Hallway
This room is within Palace of Diocletian.
Western Hallway - - - (-------------------------------------------------) W <---(M)---> E - - - Flickering red flames of candles illuminate this narrow hallway. Distinct ornate statues line the north and south walls, which stand at the four corners of a rather heavy imperial carpet. Between the two statues to your north is a interesting landscape wall painting. The painting offers a comparable wraparound view of nature, with its white sky and red, yellow, and blue rocky outcroppings. A very formal presentation of nature outside the palace. The hallway continues to your east and west. A Diocletian commoner goes about his daily chores here.
