You have come to a dead end!  The walls here are very dusty, but
otherwise untouched by any blood or gore.  This particular part of the
hallway seems to have been spared any of the horrid fighting that the rest
of this unholy tomb has seen as of late.  It looks like the only way to go
is back the way you came.  
Some drops of blood are on the ground.
