You are drifting upon a fast flowing river through Rune Forest.  Below
the surface of the river are many weeds and small fish.  On either side of
you are steep, muddy river banks overshadowed by tall pine trees, whose
branches loom overhead.  You are prevented from swimming upstream by the
powerful current.  You can leave the river south or by climbing up to an
eastern trail.
