Under-Ocean Avenue, the center-most street of the underwater city of
Atlantis, is the most traveled and the most congested.  Merfolk seem to be
in great abundance here dressed in clothing fit for their station in the
city.  Mermen float along this road in a hurry to get where they are going. 
Small shop doors dot the buildings on the east and west along this street.
