The filth and poverty from the surrounding roads stops at the doorway to
this building.  Mermen thieves mingle amongst themselves here, waiting for
orders from their leader.  The rugs and furniture here is finer than most of
the wealthy houses around town, not anything that should be seen in the
poorest neighborhood.  A small doorway to the east connects the leader's
office.
