This is the end of Seahorse Lane to the north and Sponge Street to the
east.  Along Seahorse Lane are built many small houses for the Mermen of
Atlantis.  Sponge Street is a quiet road that leads from the eastern edge of
town to the western side.  The water here moves around the buildings
gathering force that occasionally pulls debris and small objects along with
it.
