Merfolk Way is the northern road through the sunken city of Atlantis,
intersecting with several lanes and running along side the castle.  Small
flowerbeds line the walkway and occasionally on a small walk leads to a
merfolk home.  Shells and small pebbles make the path visible through the
water even without a light.
