You have entered what appears to be a large inn.  To your surprise, this
establishment shares many of the qualities of one you might see back home. 
Workers, soldiers, women, and merchants fill the common room, laughing
wildly.  A large red-skinned innkeeper with blazing eyes looks at you with a
bit of confusion on his face before he waves a hand in cautious welcome. 
The common room is to the north, and the kitchen to the south.
