The crystal spiral staircase pauses at this point, allowing passage to
the second floor of Eanoss Azelmar.  The second floor winds around the inner
perimeter of the inn, overlooking the arboretum in the center of the ground
floor.  Small silver and crystalline baubles quietly dance in the air,
suspended in the air by the whims of those who dictate the nature of this
corner of the ethereal plane.
