The road runs horizontally in a left and right fashion, in parallel with
the southern wall of the town.  To the north is the Lowangen guard house and
well-armoured city guards are seen either standing or marching outside the
gates.  It is not surprising that this is the most lawful part of town and
crime rate is almost non-existent.  However, the citizens here are not very
friendly and tend to look the other way when you try to greet them.
