This small stone building houses the main water supply for the people of
Decara.  The circular basin below seems to have been dug by hand, and is
filled from the river outside the city.  The water is surprisingly clean,
and you wonder if some sort of filtration system is employed.  It should be
safe to take a drink if you are feeling thirsty, and if no one is around you
could even take a little swim.
