The slabs of white marble glisten like polished pearls.  South is the
fabled Lowangen Resting House.  It is said that the bricks and stone in the
room cause wounds to heal at a very fast rate.  The resting house consists
of a very ordinary looking building made of red brick.  As you approach it,
you are very much aware of the soft hum and heat given off by the building. 
Obviously it has been magically enhanced to a very high degree.  North from
here is a bare stone wall.  
A Lowangen townsman wanders about.
A maintenance man struggles hard to keep the city clean.
'Good day to thee Numi!' a Lowangen townsman exclaims.
