Finkerstam road is knee-deep in construction at this point.  No matter
which way you head, there will be construction people scurrying about
pounding on the stones, trying to complete their sections of the road.  To
the east is a newly built residence and appears to be inhabited.  
A Lowangen city guard is keeping law and order on the streets.
