Peraine Boulevard is one of the premier roads in Lowangen.  Many of the
wealthy residents of town live along this street.  Tall luscious trees
sparsely spread out along the street offer shade to the tired traveler.  Far
off to the east, you see Lowangen Keep, towering over the rest of the town
like a giant mountain.  To the north is the house of a wealthy commoner
while to the south is the residence of a council member.  
A pigeon is looking for food on the streets here.
A tomcat is causing trouble again.
