  The worn-out decking below creaks rhythmically with each gentle bob of
the ship.  Despite the firm grip the land seems to have on the prow and
forward hull of the ship, the Feisty Wench still acts as if she were sailing
freely on the ocean.  The longboats are in a state of disrepair and rock
hypnotically back and forth with each gust of wind.  The main mast, as
battered as the rest of the ship, bursts forth from the deck.  What might
have once been a proud vessel, the Wench now looks as if she is ready to be
decommissioned permanently.
