It is quite spacious here but despite the large proportions of the
Captain's cabin the clutter here detracts from its grandeur.  Paintings and
framed maps are askew on the walls and furniture is arranged in a disorderly
fashion.  The degree of separation between the Captain and the rest of the
Wench is clear, the mess on the floor acts as a makeshift barrier as soon as
the room is entered.  The desk in the room faces the window; it is
surrounded by scrunched up pieces of paper, remnants of meals and scores of
maps.  
     A fat tube with a map sticking out of it sits on the desk.
