While this path through the forest is easy enough to follow, it isn't
kept up very well at all.  The trail is littered with dead leaves and
branches, and large roots protrude from the ground to trip inattentive
passersby.  The trails leads through the forest to the east, or out onto an
old dock to the south.  The underbrush to the west is too thick to
penetrate, but you can wander into the woods to the north.
