The poor district of Lowangen begins along this part of town as you
notice the sudden increase in the number of rundown shacks popping up
everywhere.  Large gaping holes can be seen on the gravel road, some of them
filled with murky water.  To the north you see an intersection which leads
onto the city offices, temple and prison.  West is an old house.
