Boron Street runs west and east along the southern wall of town. 
Darkness reaches out to you like a hand, covering your eyes and making it
impossible to see.  A few street lights stand desolately to the side of the
roads, offering little illuminance.  Travelers are very vulnerable to
attacks as thieves can sneak in the shadow and prey upon them easily.  
A Lowangen city guard is keeping law and order on the streets.
'Good day to thee Numi!' a burly city guard exclaims.
