A large array of vertical pipes stem out of the floor, pumping rich,
clear, pure water from an aquifer far below into the natatio pool.  The
crystal-clear water is drinkable, and even tasty.  Massive mithril turbines
rest on the ceiling of the interior, powered by the occasional gusts of wind
off of Lake Bonns, forcing the water to flow eastward, towards the pool's
happy occupants.
