Bandok's Training was once the greatest paladin's guild in the land. 
After the plague swept through town, Bandok was too ill to help those who
wanted training.  He died one year later and had no apprentice to keep the
business alive.  As a result this building is in bad shape.  Shutters are
hanging off their hinges and boards are warped and sticking up from the
floor.
