A quiet, somber moment is needed for respect to those sailors lost at
sea.  This statue of bronze represents those brave souls who committed
themselves to a way of life on the high seas.  The foliage is subdued and
even the flowers have somber coloring.  The peace is broken only by a far
off crashing of waves on the sands of the beaches of Pirate's Cove.
