Keep Street goes north and south from here.  The actual Keep of Lowangen
rises up to the south, its stately stone walls leaving a distinct impression
upon you.  The wall of the city lies to the north, the gray stone designed
to keep out invaders.  
A tomcat is causing trouble again.
